Honoring the Memory of our Founder and Board Chair, Jim L. Flegle
December 3, 1951 - November 21, 2022

We provide educational opportunities in speech, debate, and leadership to all students, regardless of income accessibility.

We believe that research, reflective thinking, and communication skills are among the most valuable of all academic pursuits and provide training for leadership in many aspects of society.

Our goal is to create scholarships, fellowships, and grant opportunities to help as many high school students as possible, regardless of financial circumstances, to participate in the activity.
